Commissioners approve Billio Gardside Reserve small subdivision permit
The board approved a small subdivision permit and plat to subdivide roughly 35 acres into five lots (Billio Gardside Reserve) with no conditions after a public hearing and staff recommendation of compliance with land-use criteria.

Justin Arnold, Laramie County planning staff, presented the Billy O'Gard Side Reserve application and recommended approval, saying it met the criteria for a small subdivision permit and plat under county regulations. Shane Hansen, the applicant’s agent, attended and answered technical questions; planning staff reported public notice had been provided and no public comments were received.
