The Commission determined the draft minutes of its July 21 meeting contained errors and voted unanimously to table approval until Aug. 18, 2026, when corrected minutes will be considered.

At the Aug. 4, 2026 meeting, commissioners reviewed the draft minutes from the July 21 meeting and determined they contained errors. Ben Frye moved to table approval of those minutes until the Aug. 18 meeting; Brenda Steady seconded and the motion carried unanimously.
