Following an executive session conducted under Texas Government Code provisions for attorney consultation and real property/economic development deliberations, a board member moved to approve a second amendment related to Project Mirage. "I'll make a motion that we approve the 2nd amendment as per the discussion in the executive session," said the board member during open session.
