Human Resources Director Theresa Kubes presented a restructured organizational chart for the Sheriff’s Office that adds one correctional officer. Commissioner Steve Rohlfing moved to approve the restructured chart, Commissioner Dennis Tietz seconded, and the motion carried unanimously.
The board also approved staffing updates: Devon Taft was listed as a new full-time 911 Telecommunicator (Grade 7 Step A) at $27.33 per hour, effective June 8, 2026. The minutes record the resignation of Tori Casello-Jerde, a full-time Eligibility Worker in Human Services, effective May 31, 2026; Tori had been employed with Le Sueur County since June 2024.
