Under Code Enforcement updates the board listed several items awaiting DEP review. The minutes record: "Lake DEP Concerns/Dock on Island Map 3 Lot 15: Waiting to hear from DEP. Timothy Derouche will call DEP." Similar items included riprap in a stream at Map 10 Lot 59-60 and an issue at Map 9 Lot 2 where the board recorded it was told up to 6,000 sq ft of fill might be allowed without a DEP permit; the CEO will clarify.
