The Road Department reported three of five bidders responded to Bid 2026-058; Keystone Co-op was the lowest overall bidder and the committee approved awarding the six-month fuel contract to Keystone Co-op after a motion that carried.

Road Department Director Mark Heyliger told the committee that three of five vendors responded to Bid 2026-058 for a six-month fuel purchase and that Keystone Co-op was the lowest overall bidder. Heyliger said the department has not had problems with that vendor in past procurements.
