After a staff recommendation and no public opposition, the council approved CUP P25‑163 to allow an outfitter/tour-operator office at 250 North Cache Street with three conditions: replace five nonconforming exterior light fixtures, keep parking and exchanges on the single parcel, and post signage reserving six parking spaces.

Senior Planner Caitlin Paige told the council that the planning and building director recommended approval of a conditional-use permit (P25‑163) to allow a ~800‑square‑foot outfitter/tour-operator office at 250 North Cache Street, with three recommended conditions to mitigate visual and parking impacts. Planning commission reviewed the project on July 1 and recommended approval.
