The Board authorized Modification #1 to the architecture/engineering agreement with ms consultants, inc. for the PS 450 Improvement Project, increasing the contract by $11,900 and bringing the total A/E agreement to $197,140. The minutes record that the increase was necessary because of additional design flow calculations and easement work. The motion was moved by Commissioner Donald A. Douglas, seconded by Commissioner Mark E. Coppeler, and approved unanimously.
