The board approved an agreement with ISOM Advisors, a division of Urban Futures, Inc., to provide bond‑consulting services to the district. The item followed a presentation to the board by the consultant two weeks prior; during the meeting trustees had no additional questions and approved the contract on a 5–0 vote after a motion by Vice President Kelly and second by Trustee Cooper.
