During its June 29 meeting the Rogers County Board of County Commissioners approved a series of utility permits across districts. The permits include multiple Cox Communications filings to parallel or cross county highways (UT-P-26-23; UT-P-26-57; UT-P-26-58), water district crossings by RWD #5 (UT-P-26-51) and RWD #2 (UT-P-26-52), and an ONG crossing (UT-P-26-54). Each item was approved by motion and recorded unanimous roll calls (DeLozier-aye, Hendrix-aye, Burrows-aye).
The minutes list locations by county road and legal description (section/township/range) for each permit and identify the district responsible for the request. Approvals were routine and no conditions or dissenting votes were recorded in the minutes.
