During the public-comment portion of the Jan. 27 meeting, Alderman Amy Buss, chair of the License and Ordinance Committee, asked the public for feedback on the city’s leaf-burning ordinance and whether the council should set specific allowable days for burning or keep the current rule allowing burning any day from dawn to dusk.
