GLOW Workforce Development Board reappoints two local business representatives

At the June 3 meeting Tracy VanVleck, Executive Director of the GLOW Workforce Development Board, gave a presentation on how WIOA allocations are determined (PowerPoint to be provided to the committee). Following the presentation, the committee reappointed two Wyoming County business representatives to the GLOW Board for two‑year terms beginning July 1, 2026.
Norbert Fuest (Appletree HR and Safety Consultant, LLC) and Holly Mitchell (President, TMP Technologies, Inc., Advanced Rubber Products Division) were reappointed. The minutes note Mr. Fuest currently serves as Chair and Ms. Mitchell currently serves as Vice Chair of the local board. The motion to reappoint carried on a recorded vote (Motion: May; Ayes: 5; Absent: Prior, Merrill).
