During New Business the Mount Carroll City Council approved Resolution R6-2025, a motion authorizing maintenance activities under the Illinois Highway Code (MFT). Alderman Jeff Elliott moved the resolution and Alderman Paul Kaczmarski seconded; the roll-call vote was recorded as five yeses and one absent.
