SEAP director: office has made "meaningful progress" electrifying state fleets

Hannah Waterstrat, director of the State Efficiency and Environmental Performance Office (SEAP), said the office has made meaningful progress converting state fleets to electric vehicles and reducing greenhouse gas emissions, citing partnerships and program authority established by an executive order.

Hannah Waterstrat, director of the State Efficiency and Environmental Performance Office (SEAP), told attendees that SEAP — created in 2018 by what the transcript records as "Executive Order 20 o 1" — is working with state agencies to cut greenhouse gas emissions and eliminate toxic materials from agency operations. "I'm Hannah Waterstrat and I am the director of the State Efficiency and Environmental Performance Office, also known as SEAP," she said.
