During routine consideration of bills, the Fayette County Board of Commissioners approved payment of vendor claims that included a $1,233,752.08 invoice from Fillmore Construction LLC for Project Bluegrass Phase III. The board voted to pay the presented bills after a motion by Commissioner Tony Anderson, seconded by Commissioner Donald L. Fleak; roll call was unanimous.
