The council agreed to schedule a standing Friday work meeting on Aug. 7 at 9:00 a.m. to review upcoming agenda items and provide staff with feedback ahead of formal meetings. Committee member (S3) said the goal is for council members to be "in the loop" and to ask staff questions without taking public comment.
