DuPage County panel recommends conditional use for Axiom Home accessory dwelling with limits on garage space
The DuPage County recommendation meeting voted 6-0 to forward a recommendation approving case 26032 for an accessory dwelling at the Axiom Home property, imposing a five-year time limit and prohibiting added garage space; the matter will go to the county development committee.

Chairman Vincent Cartel opened the May recommendation meeting and identified case 26032 (Axiom Home v. Axiom Home Investments LLC) as the single recommendation item under consideration. "That's a case for conditional use for an accessory dwelling unit," Cartel said as members took up the request.
