Selectboard member Charlie Hancock told the board he met with engineers and the municipal attorney to advance the streetscape project's right-of-way (ROW) work. The town plans to complete ROW work by late September and submit a full funding application to the Northern Border Regional Commission (NBRC) in October.
Hancock said a Bike/Ped application to the State of Vermont will follow the NBRC funding effort. The board did not take a formal vote on these steps at the Feb. 16 meeting; the item was discussed to clarify the schedule and next funding steps.
