Planning Commission votes to recommend Short-Term Rental Registry Ordinance after final edits
At its Feb. 10 meeting, the Montgomery Planning Commission voted 5-0-0 to recommend the Short-Term Rental Registry Ordinance to the Selectboard after identifying final edits, and discussed City of Aspen guidance and comments from Selectboard member Daniel Kahn.

Committee member Joe Sherman moved that the Planning Commission recommend the Short-Term Rental Registry Ordinance as discussed, with edits identified today; Committee member Patrick Calecas seconded and the motion passed 5-0-0.
