Staff gave a detailed walkthrough of an updated citywide blight study, saying it consolidates earlier plans and highlights a set of study areas across Cheyenne. "We have 11 of them throughout the community," the staff presenter said, and staff showed maps and photographs documenting conditions such as deteriorating buildings, faulty lot layouts and failing public improvements.
