The Jacksonville Beach Board of Adjustments voted to approve northerly and southerly side-yard setbacks of 5 feet in lieu of the 10-foot minimum for a property at 1208 North 7th Street. The board amended the original request to remove a separate lot-coverage increase (the applicant had sought 48% but signaled willingness to reduce coverage or proceed at the 35% limit), and approved the setback reduction as the minimum relief needed.
