Commission votes unanimously to enter closed session on pending litigation
At the end of the Aug. 4 meeting commissioners voted unanimously to go into closed session to discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation. The commission identified who would remain during the closed session (commissioners, attorney, select staff).

Commissioner Jerry moved that the commission adjourn to a closed session to discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation. Commissioners voted "Aye" and the motion passed unanimously. The commission then confirmed which staff and officials would remain for the closed session, including the county attorney and select staff members.
