Council approves temporary construction and permanent easements for Laff Pathway

Councilmember McDermott moved, and Councilmember Bottecelli supported, approval of a temporary construction easement and a permanent pathway easement for the Laff Pathway project and authorized the City Manager to sign the documents. The roll call recorded YEAS from Lockwood, McDermott, Osborn, Sage, Suchowski and Bottecelli; Bancroft was absent. The motion carried by unanimous roll call vote.
