Senate File 6‑29 would add a one‑hour and a one‑day expedited filing option for business filings with the Secretary of State, in addition to the existing two‑ and five‑day services, and require that the office provide written confirmation when expedited service is used. Senator Buslow (Senator from Polk) presented the bill as an "affirmative bill from the Iowa State Bar Association" and described the fee structure and written‑confirmation requirement.
