Committee asks State's Attorney to replace 'Administrative Assistant' references with 'County Administrator'

Pat Ryan, chair of the committee, recorded the action after members reviewed the listed code sections and the committee's proposed text.
Committee members identified §30.06(C), §30.15(L), §37.05(B), §37.06 and §37.07 as the primary sections requiring revision and directed the State's Attorney to prepare the formal resolution and forward it to the full County Board for adoption. Dee Rentmeister suggested delaying revisions in Chapter 38 until ICRMT's attorney completes a review so those edits can be made together. The committee recorded the request as formal committee action.
