At the Feb. 25 meeting the Peekskill IDA approved an authorizing resolution to amend the indenture and reissue multifamily housing revenue bonds for Courtyard Housing. The Chair moved to approve the authorizing resolution and the motion was seconded; members approved the motion by voice vote with no roll-call tally recorded in the transcript.
