Committee backs Haese farm-consolidation rezoning in Brillion
The committee unanimously recommended approval of a map amendment to rezone ~4 acres to Agricultural-Residential and ~74 acres to Exclusive Agricultural Preservation in the Town of Brillion for a proposed farm consolidation; staff said the change aligns with the county comprehensive and farmland preservation plans.

Rodney Hease (transcript spellings vary) and agent Brad Buechel presented a map amendment request to rezone about 4 acres from Exclusive Agricultural (EA) to Agricultural-Residential (A-R) and about 74 acres from EA to Exclusive Agricultural Preservation (EA-P) in the Town of Brillion. Meuer told the committee staff found the proposal consistent with the 2045 Comprehensive Plan, the Farmland Preservation Plan and the county land division and zoning ordinances.
