Information Technology Director Colin Gerst told the board that organizations serving more than 50,000 people are required to meet digital accessibility standards under ADA Title II rules; he presented multiple proposals and recommended Option 2 from Accessiblü totaling $7,500. The board approved the unbudgeted contract effective April 1 through September 30, 2026. Faisal moved and Murken seconded approval; the vote was unanimous.
