The Area Plan Commission of Tippecanoe County Executive Committee voted on July 1, 2026 to place three subdivision petitions on the APC public hearing agenda for July 15, 2026. Gary Schroeder moved to add S-5351 (Arbor Chase, Section 6, Phase 5, revised), S-5366 (Millbrook Subdivision, Section 1, Phase 2C) and S-5368 (Greenridge Subdivision, fka Eastland) at the petitioners' request; Diana Luper seconded and the motion carried by unanimous voice vote.
