The board authorized Commissioner Tom Handy to sign the WA State Military Department E911 Signature Authorization Form and to sign the associated contract, and it approved the Chair to sign a letter of intent to collaborate with the Port of Whitman County supporting the port's application to the Washington Industrial Symbiosis Technical Assistance (ISTA) Program.
