During review of the draft professional services agreement for Noemi C. Doohan, a board member noted inconsistent compensation figures and requested a correction. The board member said the contract text lists combined compensation caps as "$30,000 per month, $95,000 per term," while a parenthetical entry shows $90,000; the member asked that the parenthetical be corrected to $90,000.
