During the meeting the board read and entered into the minutes several resolutions acknowledging national observances. Vice Chair Joyce Rosenau read Resolution 2024-2025-003 for National Principals Month; Director Ana Gonzalez Muñoz read Resolution 2024-2025-004 for Indigenous Peoples' Day; Chair Michael Reyes read Resolution 2024-2025-005 for National Bullying Prevention Month; Director Francisco Ibarra read Resolution 2024-2025-006 for National School Lunch Week and Resolution 2024-2025-007 recognizing school custodians; Director Aaron Muñoz read Resolution 2024-2025-008 for National Coming Out Day.
