Board approves Local Wellness policy changes; debates draft naming policy

Superintendent Klinger told the board that Policy EFA – Local Wellness had been flagged by the Oregon Department of Education for being out of compliance and recommended moving forward with updated language included in the packet. Board members agreed to approve the EFA updates rather than wait until September; the motion to adopt the changes carried unanimously.
