Mayor Victoria Marincin recessed the regular meeting at 6:50 p.m. for a 20-minute executive session under RCW 42.30.110(g) to evaluate the qualifications of an applicant for public employment. The City Clerk later stated an additional 10 minutes was required and the open meeting resumed at 7:20 p.m.
