The Winlock City Council confirmed Lily Niles as a new hire during its special meeting on May 13, 2026. Councilwoman Alishia Hornburg moved to approve the confirmation and Councilman Jeramy Allman seconded; the minutes state "Motion carries unanimously." The meeting was called to order by Mayor Victoria Marincin at 6:00 p.m.
