The Sulphur Springs ISD Board approved a Head Start Transportation Waiver Request and authorized the Head Start director to apply for continuation and refund of the Head Start program at its March 17, 2025 meeting. Brian Kelly moved to approve the transportation waiver; Kati Adair seconded; the board voted 5-0. Separately, Darla Reed moved to permit the Head Start director to apply for continuation and refund of the program; Leesa Toliver seconded; the board voted 5-0.
