Ellis County Commissioners accepted a performance bond for Daybreak Manor to guarantee completion of a planned road roughly 1,000 feet long as developers build 15 lots on the 20.172-acre site northeast of Baucham and Angus roads.
Alberto Maras, Director of Development, told the court the civil plans were approved and staff recommended acceptance of a performance bond in the amount of $485,880.12. Commissioners moved, seconded and approved the item unanimously.
