After the Board returned to open session at 7:12 p.m., Dr. Deidre Parish outlined proposed revisions to the Board Operating Procedures Manual. Matt Weaver moved to accept the changes as presented; Brenda Valdez seconded the motion and the Board approved the revisions unanimously, 7-0.
