The commission approved a recorded nonroutine decommissioning compliance contract for Lot 227 (Danny and Chrissy Prickett), requiring the owner to decommission the existing structure’s service (disable/remove kitchen) within 30 days of occupancy of the new dwelling. The Planning and Land Use Commission unanimously approved a nonroutine decommissioning compliance contract for Lot 227 on Aug. 14. The contract requires the property owners, identified in the record as Danny and Chrissy Prickett, to disable or remove the kitchen/service area in the existing structure within 30 days of the certificate of occupancy for the new house; the provision will be recorded at the county.
