Polk Soil and Water Conservation District staff described invasive-species work—hotline response, contractor lists and volunteer pulls—and said designation as a lead entity for ODA county-weed-board grants would allow access to a special pool of funding for B-listed weeds. "We can use this special pool of funding as a lead entity on b listed weeds," Morgan Neal said.
