The Board tabled consideration of a memorandum of understanding for deeded access for the PAWs Clinic after the presenter asked for a postponement. Member Melissa Patch moved, with support from Member Julia Awe, "to table the approval of the MOU for deeded access for the PAWs Clinic until August 17, 2026." The motion passed by roll call, 5-0.
