The Valley Mills ISD board voted to approve a Teacher Incentive Allotment compensation plan as presented at the May 13 meeting. The motion, made by Jim Blackford and seconded by Kristy Hollingsworth, was recorded as passed (Yea: 8, Nay: 0).
