Conservation Commission raises no objection to elevator addition at 59 Harbor Road within tidal buffer
Architects described a small elevator addition at 59 Harbor Road that will create about 28 sq ft of permanent tidal-buffer disturbance and seek Zoning Board variances; the Commission recorded no objection after a site walk review.

TMS Architects' Shannon Alther presented plans to add an elevator to the south side of 59 Harbor Road to improve owner accessibility. Alther told the Commission there will be "approximately 28 s.f. of permanent disturbance in the buffer with about 50 s.f. of temporary disturbance during construction." The house is inside the 100-foot tidal buffer and the project will require variances from the Zoning Board.
