The board approved Resolution 2026-18, authorizing the Village to enter into a professional services agreement for design and construction engineering services for the 2026 Pavement Maintenance Program. Admin Chairman Owen Costanza moved the resolution and Finance Chairman Jeff Goings seconded; minutes record Yea votes from Admin Chairman Costanza, Finance Chairman Goings, Trustees David Allgood, Dan Cheek, Sinae Hubbard and Mark Vance.
