Administration said it is negotiating specific costs with the vendor and will provide detailed cost breakdowns when available; grant funds will offset eligible expenses where applicable. Professional development and curriculum mapping were discussed as part of the phased rollout, with some teachers serving as early implementers and coaching support provided districtwide.
Board members also requested a list of materials and a clear delineation of tier‑1 versus tier‑2 resources so that the district can manage purchases and avoid overwhelming teachers with overlapping resources. The motion to adopt was approved by roll call 7–0.
