At the July 28 meeting the Select Board reviewed road work bids and project updates. The minutes record that Busby submitted a bid and the board sought a third bid from Merrill; "Joe contacted Terry from Merrill for the third bid." The board agreed to close bidding within 30 days if the final bid is not received.
