Commission clears Cooper's Hawk CSM, site plans and zoning changes for Highway 50 site
The commission approved a four‑lot certified survey map and related site and operational plans to accommodate a Cooper's Hawk restaurant and winery on Lot 1 (2.7 acres), including a DSIS agreement, comprehensive‑plan amendment (Plan Commission resolution 25‑05) and zoning map/text changes. Staff reported a proposed 11,100 sq ft restaurant, 163 parking spaces and staffing plans.
