The Village Board on Feb. 5 approved two personnel actions: appointment of a part-time police officer (motion 2025-M-09) and appointment(s) of Fire Department Engineers (motion 2025-M-10). Both motions were moved and seconded (M-09: Trustee Higginson moved, Trustee Pticek seconded; M-10: Trustee Higginson moved, Trustee Lewis seconded) and each passed on a 6-0 roll-call vote.
