Code Enforcement Board postpones two cases to April 1, 2025

The Code Enforcement Board convened March 4, 2025 and approved motions to postpone two active enforcement cases to the board’s next regular meeting on April 1, 2025.
Board Member Greg Liskey moved to extend Case 24-362 (1301 Inland Seas Blvd) to April 1, 2025; the motion was seconded by Board Member Daniel Welsh and carried 4-0. Board Member Daniel Welsh later moved to postpone Case 24-680 (114 North St) to the same date; that motion, seconded by Board Member Linette Coleman, also carried 4-0.
“Based upon the Findings of Fact and evidence presented, Board Member Liskey moved to find Case 24-362 for the property located at 1301 Inland Seas Blvd be extended to the next Code Board meeting scheduled for April 1, 2025,” the meeting minutes record.
The motions followed staff presentations that reported ongoing remedial work at both properties and a city request for additional time to complete permitting and removal of debris. No dissenting votes or public comments were recorded during the meeting. The board adjourned at 6:22 p.m.
