No instances of misidentification, misinformation, or factual contradiction with the transcript were found. Missing specifics noted in the transcript (names of certified candidates; identity/details of the Guardian Plan participant; individual contract details and dollar amounts) are flagged as ‘missing_sources’ and represented as "not specified" where relevant.
